Land of the Free? Home of the 'Brave' "?

Cumpean/Ramos redux:  the Baltimore mayor is obviously a student of Johnny Sutton, so they're going to charge the Baltimore police officers.  ("Along with involuntary manslaughter, Officer Goodson, 45, was charged with “second-degree depraved heart murder,” which means indifference to human life. So I'm wondering:  is there ever a murder that doesn't involve "indifference to human life"? {snort} All murder comes from a depraved heart.)  That will of course send the message across the land that pohleece should NOT really do anything about crime.  Then, there'll be lots MORE crime, which will turn into an untenable situation, and finally, the Gramscian Alinskyites will have their pretext for imposing martial law and destroying the last vestiges of constitutional gov't.  (The timing of all this is also interesting because of Jade Helm coming up.)
