IF there is no God, then you must accept undeniable laws of biology. A
person with XY chrosomes is a male of our species. No amount of self
mutilation [surgical sex change] will change that fact.
Therefore, a person who is in all ways
biologically male who feels that he is female, is under a delusion.
When reality conflicts with an individual’s own perception of the
world, that person is suffering a psychosis. Anyone who then feeds the
psychosis, accepting the false perception and not reality, is doing harm to
that individual. To deny this is to be a science denier.
