Soviet Union Redux

Under the Hammer & Sickle, Christmas was taboo.  Only winter celebrations were allowed.  Here in the good ole US of A, bizarrely enough, we are following suit.  (Be sure also to click on the link of the actual memo!) 

Then again, our dear Congress already set the example years ago.
