It’s just like Democrat plantations. Back in the aristocratic South,
circa 1840-1860, slave owners not only were 1% of the pop but had 99% of
the voting power, mostly because each slave counted as a slice for
voting, and the more slices you had, the more voting power you had. The
more blacks and migrant workers on the modern Democrat 21st century
plantation, the more voting power they have.
